Mr. Wells has over 36 years of experience in the marine and petro-chemical construction management industry. His career includes 28 years at Subsea 7 and Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR). He spent the last several years working as a project manager at KBR's fabrication facility. His construction management experience includes both offshore and onshore projects, providing him with a wide range of knowledge in several industries.

Over the course of his career, he has managed projects in Ecuador, Angola, Argentina, Korea, Bahrain, England, Scotland and Holland. Mr. Wells has an associate degree in engineering design.
