Mr. Stephens joined Prime in 2008 as our Controller. He has nearly 20 years of experience in both public accounting and industry. Prior to joining Prime, Mr. Stephens was the Controller for Maxim TEP, Inc. an oil and gas exploration and production company. He also served as the Assistant Controller for Waste Management, Inc. at its Houston corporate office. Prior to entering industry Mr. Stephens was an Audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Oklahoma City office. Mr. Stephens has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
