Mr. Hager has nearly 30 years of financial and executive leadership experience serving a number of industries and has served as our chief financial officer since March 2007. Prior to joining Prime, he was Managing Director of Ark Financial Advisors, a financial consultancy he founded in 2003. Mr. Hager also has served as Chief Executive Officer of Solid Systems, Inc., a Houston-based provider of data center and computer services, Chief Financial Officer of Golden Sky Systems, Inc., Vice President & Controller and Treasurer of EchoStar Communications Corporation, and Controller of American Telecasting, Inc. Mr. Hager was an Audit Senior Manager with the Denver office of Ernst & Young before moving into private industry.

During his career, Mr. Hager has led numerous successful public financings resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of nearly $1.5 billion, participated in numerous capacities in more than 50 acquisitions of various businesses, and co-led the sale of Golden Sky in a transaction valued at more than one billion dollars. Mr. Hager earned an MBA degree, with honors, at Rice University and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Kansas State University, where he also graduated with honors.
