Mr. Grove has nearly 30 years experience as a senior geologist, assessing potential opportunities, reservoir characteristics and devising drilling programs for oil and natural gas exploration and development projects. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with a number of large independent and international oil and gas exploration and production companies including Shell, Mobil, Apache, and Ladd Petroleum. He has a Masters Degree in Geological Science from Indiana University. Arlen joined Prime in 1999.
